REMARKS:

• All tours published start at Phi Phi and end in Phi Phi. Own transport needs to be arranged to get to the island, no hotel pickup is possible from Phuket/Krabi.
• Tour program might differ due to weather, wind and sea conditions.
• In case the weather condition is cloudy or little rain, and the tour is still running, if customer cannot reschedule your tour, we are not able to process a refund.
• In case the weather condition is not good enough for the tour to happen, we will give customer the chance to reschedule to a different date or a 100% refund.
• Rescheduling the booked tour to a different date is free of charge and possible when done 24 hours before the start.
• In case customer want to cancel your booked tour, a 50% refund can be provided up until 48 hours before the start. No refund will be given if the cancelation request is received within 48 hours before the start.
